Our Pre-Order Model

How it works:

1)  Each new collection is released for pre-order through Hotplate‍ ‍with pickups in Washington, D.C. on Fridays and Saturdays. 

2)    To stay informed about upcoming drops, join the announcement list. We’ll let you know when fresh delicious chocolates are available.

  • Yes! Please contact us directly or email us at info@faisanchocolates.com for details.

  • Our chocolates are made with only natural, fresh ingredients so they are best enjoyed sooner rather than later.

    Store at 64–68°F (18–20°C). Most chocolates are best enjoyed within 2 weeks; nut-based pieces such as our Gianduja Crisps may keep up to 4 weeks.

    Covered in a wine cooler or refrigerator, they may keep approximately 2 weeks longer.

  • Yes! We offer chocolate tastings for corporate events and private homes.

    Highly entertaining and immersive experiences to explore the world of chocolate and bonbons while sampling some of our finest creations. Tastings typically last 1 to 1.5 hours, with pricing starting at $350. Available throughout the DMV area. Get in touch for more information.

  • Let us know, and we’ll gladly do our best to honor your request.

  • Currently, we do not offer delivery but you are welcome to arrange a courier to pick up your order. We are a small-scale chocolatier operating under cottage food laws, so sales are centered in DC. If you’re in the DMV area, please reach out—we’ll do our best to make arrangements

  • We take great care, but please note that our home kitchen works with nuts and other allergens. At this time, we are unable to offer substitutions.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we cannot accept returns.

    Cancellations: 

    Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up for regular orders. Large or corporate, please contact us.

    Cannot pickup: Let us know and we’ll hold it for you.
